Ntiarna became a director while she was actively creating a proof of concept for Netflix, although this project ultimately fell through; this setback did not hold her back from pursuing her passion. Since then, she has successfully directed a feature film for Amazon and has also worked on producing her own short films, showcasing her talent and dedication to the craft.
Ntiarna was enticed into directing when she faced challenges in finding a suitable director for her proof of concept. This pivotal moment prompted her to thoroughly research the craft of directing, delving into various techniques and practices. While on set, she observed other directors closely, absorbing their methods and gaining invaluable insights. As she embraced this new role, it became an integral part of her artistic journey.

Ntiarna has extensive experience in various areas of the entertainment industry, from writing TV series to feature films and documentary-style pitch decks; as well as novels. While she thrives in genres like psychological thrillers, drama, romance, horror, and sci-fi, she delights in pushing her boundaries by exploring new genres. This has led her to dabble in comedy and rom-com screenplays, honing her skills across a diverse range of storytelling styles.
Ntiarna attended a valuable workshop focused on collaboration with the director, specifically designed for writers. During this immersive experience, she gained a deeper understanding of how a writer's role intertwines with that of the director in the creative process. Considering that Ntiarna frequently writes and directs much of her own material, this class proved to be an excellent opportunity for her to learn how to work effectively within a team framework. She explored the distinct responsibilities associated with collaborating with a director who is not herself. This newfound knowledge will undoubtedly enhance her future projects and collaborations.
